Doctor Conrad Murray Sentenced

Just minutes ago in a California court, Doctor Conrad Murray was sentenced to 4 years in prison for the death of Michael Jackson.  He recently was convicted of involuntary manslaughter after a 6 week trial.  Murray was also sentenced to pay restitution to Michael Jackson’s 3 children.

Just like Lindsay Lohan, because of California’s horrible jail overcrowding – Murray is only expected to serve about 2 years.  Do you think this is fair?
