Bozeman Kids to Fill Boot for Local Firefighter Family

On Wednesday, May 29th, kids from Hawthorne Elementary School will walk from Fire Station 1 thru downtown to Bozeman Spirits Distillery to help out the Fassbinder family.

Raegan Fassbinder, who's husband, Joel, is a Bozeman firefighter, was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The kids will fan out to both sides of Main Street around 3:45 p.m. carrying purple balloons and firefighter boots. They will stop at businesses along the way to collect donations inside the boots to help out the family in this tough time.

When everyone arrives at Bozeman Spirits & Distillery there will be a potluck and silent auction. Bozeman Spirits will donate 10% of any drinks and bottles sold, and also do a personal match to that as well! Hope you can help, too!
