Montanan Prepares To Represent The State On Popular Cooking Show
I talk a lot about food.
One, I'm a foodie and I love the stuff. Two, here in Montana, I feel like we're totally underrated when it comes to the food scene. We have a ton of places that are just as good or better than some of those big-city places.
I often say that no matter if you're looking for something basic like a big plate of biscuits and gravy, or something a little more fancy and 5-Star, you'll find it here in Big Sky Country. We have some of the most creative minds when it comes to the culinary world.

Montana Chef To Compete On National Television
If you're a fan of food AND TV, chances are, you're familiar with the show Hell's Kitchen. The show has been a staple on Fox for several years now and features Gordon Ramsey, who is not only a master chef, but he is also British and very, very vocal.
Ramsey, who is famous in the culinary world for not only his TV work but his successful restaurant business, is known to yell, scream, cuss, and throw things, and now the very opinionated Chef will have someone from Montana on his show.
Season 24 of the popular show is being billed as "Hell's Kitchen: Battle of the States" and will feature a local Montanan as he competes. Chase Cardoza was born and raised in Red Lodge and announced on social media that he will not only represent Montana, but the city of Red Lodge as well.
Cardoza works at One Legged Magpie. Taking a look at the restaurant's website, Chef Cardoza knows his way around a kitchen, and it will be fun to watch and cheer the Montana Boy on.

"Hell's Kitchen: Battle of the States" premieres later this month on Fox.
