This Fantastic Restaurant Has Montana’s Best Fried Chicken
Fried chicken isn't that difficult to make at home, but if you don't use the right blend of spices, it may turn out a little bland.
Personally, I like to leave the chicken frying to the professionals. You can find places like KFC and Popeyes scattered throughout Montana, but if you're looking for the best fried chicken in the entire state, there's one place that you need to check out.

I'm talking about Roost Fried Chicken in Bozeman. The restaurant was featured on an episode of Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives on Food Network in 2018. OnlyInYourState picked Roost in an article about the best fried chicken in Montana. As someone who appreciates a good piece of fried chicken, I'd have to agree. The food at Roost is pretty incredible. My personal favorite is the Alabama chicken sandwich. Click here to check out the menu.
If you want to try it for yourself, Roost is located on the south side of Main Street near 15th Ave. in Bozeman. It can get really busy at times, and you might have trouble finding a table, but believe me, it's worth the wait.
If you're looking for an easy idea for dinner, pick up a bucket of chicken for the family at Roost. If you feel like spicing things up a bit, try their Nashville hot chicken. For more information about Roost Fried Chicken, click here.
Town & Country Foods is another great place to get fried chicken if you're in a hurry and don't have time to dine in.
