Carrie Underwood kept saying that just because she is now married, that her and Mike were not going to start a family anytime soon.  However, something HAS happened!

I think (fingers crossed) that Matthew is almost out of diapers!  HOORAY!!!  He has been my most difficult child to potty train.  "They" say that boys are harder to train, and "they" also say that intelligent children are more difficult to potty train.  If that's the case, then Matthew must be a genius!

Looks like Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman want another child...and so does their daughter Sunday Rose!

Did you hear about this yet?   Dierks Bentley and his wife Cassidy welcomed a new family member on Christmas! :)  And her name (the baby) is so cool too!

I heard about this and thought, 'wow! I'll bet the XL NATION would love to know about this!'  So When Taylor Swift designs or approves a design for a Christmas card, you know her heart is in it. American Greetings knows she’s a December baby who grew up on a Christmas tree farm. So, they’re putting out a line called Christmas by Taylor Swift.

So, did you put it off?  Are you just now starting to shop...er scramble for gifts? Well are you? :)  Here's a couple ideas for ya!

"You'll shoot your eye out kid"...this is one of my all time favorite movies!  I made my three boys watch this with me every Christmas.  Back then it was on several tv channels during the holiday season.  We'd be switching channels and BOOM, there it was.  I'd hear, 'oh no, not again'!  But to this day, I LOVE it.  Lori and I watch it every year on DVD now.  What about you?

So who is sleeping in today, huh?  Or is it "let's go shopping, please?"

I haven't been on ice skates since I was a kid.  Many many years ago.  So now that Lori and I are here, I'm willing to give it a try!  At least once, maybe twice!

Where are the best place to go looking at houses decorated for the holidays?  Each year we would load up the car with snacks and hot chocolate and head out to different neighborhoods and cruise looking at all the displays.  We even take our dog Daisy...

Everyone is sick!!! There is some kind of nasty crud going around and everyone in my house has it.  Part of my job is having my husband Mike at home taking care of the kids in the morning.  I have had no less than five calls asking me where the thermometer is...
