After having been nominated for a Grammy, record sales reaching over a million, and been invited to go on tour with Tim McGraw, there is only one thing left for The Band Perry to do to prove their superstar status -- sponsor their favorite four legged friend.

Did you see contestant Paris Tassin sing the Carrie Underwood song "Temporary Home"?  It made J-Lo cry.  Wanna hear it along with the presentation Idol did for her?

Almost all my friends read books.  Constantly.  They carry a book around with them, if they are in getting their oil changed, they are reading, going to a doctor or dentist appointment, they are reading.   I don't read books like I should.  I'm more of a magazine reader.  I found this  recent study though that says what you read reveals your personality. Here's what the study found:

I have actually found a buck or two sometimes just walking in a parking lot.  I pick it up of course.  Even though it's only a buck, I look around quickly to see if anyone is nearby that might have dropped it.  Walking through parks I've found everything from backpacks to ballcaps, to pens.  But what this person found is a true treasure!

I am not an American Idol Fan.  I've watched the show only a few times through the years.  But enough to know about Simon and the rest of the judges.  Last night I watched just to see how the new judges,  Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez would handle themselves alongside remaining judge Randy Jackson.

Faith Margaret Kidman was born on December 28th, 2010...and baby makes four! Wow Nicole sure hid this well huh?

I saw this and it made me laugh so hard!  Parents you better watch out! Usually, Santa Claus shuts down his “Naughty and Nice” lists after December 25th, but one toddler tried to get an early start for 2011.

Let me just say this, I am not a great cook.  I cook from my heart – but if that’s the way you describe your skills you know you’re bad!  My 3 aunts got a big kick out of my lack of culinary knowledge during one of my early trips home after moving away to college...

Have you ever seen Taylor in concert?  It is truly incredible!  She did a small intimate thirty minute concert for a few Taylor Superfans in The Ed Sullivan Theater In New York, and we have it for you now! :) Enjoy!

Did you ever have a teacher that you still remember and admire?  Mine is in St. Louis.  Mr. Povich. I'm sure you know all about ID Theft.  Or at least you've heard about it.  I'm always pretty good about keeping things locked down as tight as possible when I do anything on computers.  Tons of passwords, lot's of security.  However, it is still not enough.

Colleen and I talked about the MEGA MILLIONS that was won this week.  She says she would quit work and just disappear.  And I think she would too!  Me on the other hand, would continue to come into work each day
