Randy Travis is expected to enter a guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge, which will allow the singer to avoid jail time after his drunk driving arrest last August.

Randy Travis was arrested late Tuesday night (Aug. 7) on suspicion of DWI following a car accident in Texas. The country singer suffered minor cuts and bruises after crashing his car, according to TMZ. His vehicle was the only one involved in the accident. He is still in custody as of Wednesday morning.

Video of Randy Travis‘s Feb. 6 arrest for suspicion of public intoxication has been released by the police who answered the call in Sanger, Texas. The footage shows a cooperative, albeit shocked, country legend being questioned and handcuffed before being driven back to the police station.
