MSU 2014 Homecoming Weekend Schedule
It's Homecoming Week at MSU and there are events nearly every day leading up to the Homecoming Football Game on Saturday against North Dakota. Here is a schedule of this week's Homecoming events:
2014 Homecoming Events
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 25
All Day
- Alumni, friends and fans: Pick up your schedule of events at the Alumni Foundation Center (1501 S. 11th). Browse through yearbooks, get some coffee and stay awhile.
9:00 p.m.
- “Go Cats” lighting at Hedges Residence Halls, watch Hedges residents spell out "Go Cats" on the high-rise halls.
9:30 p.m.
- Homecoming Bonfire/Party at the Pit, celebrate in parking lot F between the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse and Bobcat Stadium.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 - BLUE & GOLD FRIDAY
All Day
- Hello Walk—Stroll the campus Centennial Mall and say hello to fellow alumni and current students, and enjoy Homecoming Friday. Visit the Bookstore and load up on Bobcat gear!
- Coffee Cats—Renne Library staff invite you to have coffee in our beautiful center of campus. Coupons for Brewed Awakening are available at the Alumni Foundation Center.
- Award Ceremonies—New this year, each academic college will host an awards ceremony honoring individuals in four categories—honorary alumni, alumni achievement, distinguished faculty and distinguished staff. Click here for a complete list of award ceremonies and to register.
- 1964 Honors Class Reunion—Attend classes with Honors students and attend the Honors College Awards Ceremony in the Hager Auditorium at the Museum of the Rockies at 3 p.m. Contact Dr. Ilse-Mari Lee at 406-994-4110 or ilselee@montana.edu.

- Campus Tour from an MSU student—meet at the Ask-Us Desk in the SUB.

- M-DAY–Hike The first 100 climbers to the M get a commemorative t-shirt. Sponsored by the Dean of Students’ Office, MSU Alumni Foundation, and the Vice President for Administration and Finance.
