
New Upgrades Coming To This Popular Montana Grocery Store
Albertsons has announced the closure of one of its store locations in Montana. Here's what you need to know about it.

The company owns and operates over 30 stores in Montana, and according to a press release, one location will close permanently in April.
New Upgrades Planned For Popular Montana Grocery Store
The final day of operation for the store located at 600 N. Fee Street in Helena is scheduled for April 12, 2025.

According to an article on the KTVH website, Albertsons has invested over $6 million to renovate two other stores in Helena. The locations at 3151 N. Montana Avenue and the Safeway on N. Montana Avenue. Safeway is a subsidiary of Albertsons.
All employees at the Fee Street location have been offered positions at one of the other stores, so shoppers can still expect to see familiar faces while grocery shopping. Many residents have fond memories of the store and are sad to see it close.
Albertsons Store Director, Eric Dowell released the following statement regarding the closure.
