Here’s The Most Highly Anticipated New Restaurant in Bozeman

Downtown Bozeman’s restaurant scene is getting a taste of Italy this fall. A new Italian dining concept with a Montana twist is preparing to open its doors on Main Street this Fall.

The dinner-only spot plans to welcome guests six nights a week, offering a warm, elevated atmosphere where casual evenings and special occasions are equally at home.

Led by renowned chef and restaurateur Cesare Lanfranconi, Tutti Bene will serve up classic Italian cuisine crafted with fresh, locally sourced Montana ingredients.

The menu will feature housemade pasta, traditional Italian entrees, and a standout selection of aged prime beef and local bison cuts. Desserts will reimagine familiar Italian favorites with a modern, creative edge.

Lanfranconi, a native of Lecco, Italy, brings a wealth of culinary experience from his time at Washington, D.C.’s acclaimed Galileo and as owner of Tosca Ristorante Italiano.

The 4,300-square-foot restaurant, located at 224 E. Main Street, will feature seating for up to 100 guests, including a private dining space for small groups and events.

A dramatic floor-to-ceiling wine display will highlight an impressive wine list with selections from Italy, France, and the U.S., alongside a curated list of handcrafted cocktails.

Designed by Paul Duesing of PDP Dallas, the space aims to blend Bozeman charm with timeless Italian style. Expect a comfortable, lively ambiance with thoughtful details that reflect the joyful meaning behind the name Tutti Bene—“everything’s good.”

Tutti Bene is scheduled to open in September 2025.

Options for Italian food are limited in the Bozeman area, and include Blackbird Kitchen, Fresco Cafe, Amelia's Authentic Italian Eatery, and Columbo's Pizza & Pasta. Campione Roman Kitchen in Livingston is also a popular choice.
