If you're a fan of Italian food, we've got good news. Bozeman is now home to Amelia’s Authentic Italian Eatery and it will be opening soon near the Montana State University campus. We love trying new restaurants - here's what we know about Amelia's so far...

Vicki Richardson and her husband, Randy, have been sharing information over the last many weeks about their restaurant, Amelia’s Authentic Italian Eatery, moving from McAllister to Bozeman - and it will be open soon in it's new location.

The restaurant will soon be open at 815 West College in Bozeman. That location is in between Joe's Parkway Market and the Pickle Barrel, and right across the street from MSU.

"Amelia’s Authentic Italian Eatery will be opening in several weeks and still need a few more positions filled. We’ll be open for lunch and dinner. Please stop by for an application 815 West College."

What is the menu like? The website says that all dinner entrees come with salad, and bread & butter. We haven't seen the final menu for the new Bozeman location, but Amelia's Authentic Italian Eatery mentions items such as:

  • Chicken Marsala
  • Eggplant Parmesan
  • Veal Milanese
  • Fettuccini Alfredo
  • Penne with Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

The appetizer menu looks very tasty, too. It includes classics such as Breaded Artichoke Hearts, Calamari Friti, Bruschetta, Antipasto, Shrimp Cocktail, and salads.

As soon as we have word with an official opening date, we'll update this article. You can follow Amelia's on Facebook, or visit the official Amelia's website here.
