Friday is the Premiere of ‘Forever Country’

This  year the CMA (Country Music Association) Awards will celebrate their 50th year, and to commemorate, artists have come together to collaborate on a special song that honors the incredible history of Country music over the past half-century.

The song is called Forever Country and XL country will debut it Friday morning at 6:30am. We will be joining Country radio stations all across America in helping debut the song, all at the same time.

The song is produced and engineered by one of Nashville’s best, Shane McAnally, and will feature 30 superstars from the past 50 years including many of today’s best. The video for the song will debut Tuesday night on Dancing With the Stars on ABC.

Forever Country has been surrounded in secrecy and we here at the radio station have not even heard it yet. We'll hear it with you for the first time when we play it Friday morning at 6:30 am.
