All kids ages 6-15 are welcome to try their hand (and foot) and Bobcat Stadium this Saturday, September 8th. The NFL Pepsi Punt, Pass and Kick is coming to town, kids will be competing to qualify for Sectional Tryouts. Details here:
Grace Period For Using Handheld Devices While Driving In Bozeman Is Now Over!
Bozeman’s Distracted Driving Law went into effect on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. There was, however, a 30 day grace period from that date in which violators would only receive a warning. Time’s up on that Bozeman. Today is the day that using handheld devices while driving within city limits is a ticketable offense.
Goodwill Set To Open A Store In Bozeman This Spring
The nation’s newest Goodwill store will open this April in Bozeman. The 17,000 square foot store will be located at the corner of Baxter Lane and Simmental Way. Store manager Kim Thorsteinson told KBZK they are now taking donations as work continues towards the spring grand opening.

The North American Aerospace Defense Command is getting ready to track Santa’s journey once again this year! The NORAD Tracks Santa website is up and running. www.noradsanta.org currently features a Kid’s Countdown Village with holiday games, daily activities, and more. ESPN Agrees To Air Montana’s Playoff Games This Weekend, For A Price
Last week, Montana senators Max Baucus and Jon Tester asked ESPN to allow broader TV distribution of this weekend’s Montana State and University of Montana playoff games. ESPN complied yesterday, sort of….we’ll have to purchase a sports package for around $24 to see the games. I call B.S.!
A Big ‘Thank You’ To Jason Segal For The New Muppets Movie
Although I used to love the Muppet Show as a kid, I wasn’t sure if I should go see this latest Muppet movie in the theatre. I just had my doubts that another ‘new’ Muppet movie would pay the proper homage to the old Muppet Show. Well let me tell you, I decided to check it out over the weekend and….two thumbs up! (I would give it more thumbs if I had them).
