Clothing optional...for real.

It's 2024 and that means lots of us have made our New Year's goals, whatever they may be, but many of us typically have the intentions of having better health, physically and mentally.

Well, let me tell you about a Yoga class that just might be exactly what you are looking for. It's definitely a little out of left field, but hey, to each their own right?

There is a yoga class in Billings that offers you the opportunity to pose freely. By freely, I mean clothing is optional. Now before you start judging, have you ever done the downward dog naked? It might be the best experience of your life.

You can't tell me there hasn't been numerous times in life when you haven't just wanted to tear your clothes off and feel free. For me, it's usually after I eat too much Mexican food, but for the students at Limber Tree Yoga and Wellness, its a way of letting go of bullying, domestic violence, and body shaming.

There are rules that apply when entering into the naked yoga classes.

RULES FOR NAKED YOGA:

  • Must attend two other classes prior
  • Must be a part of the community
  • You can NOT be a one-time spectator
  • Disrobe ONLY at your mat
  • No cameras/phones
  • No inappropriate gestures/talking
  • Whatever happens in the room...stays in the room

I'm not sure naked yoga is the right fit for me, but I bet one of you is already searching for open classes.
