Luckily there are no fires to report in the park right now, but due to recent warm and dry weather, they have upgraded the fire danger level from moderate to high. Officials say any smoke seen in the area likely comes from fires west of the park.

There are no fire-related restrictions right now, however, campfires are only allowed in designated fire rings. Always put out your fire with water and make sure it is cool to the touch, and no surprise that fireworks are not allowed in the park or on federal lands.
