Worst Time To Drink During Pregnancy

Many doctors say that a little glass of wine can actually be beneficial during certain times of your pregnancy.

It’s an on-going debate, and most pregnant moms I know still won’t drink it in public.

Now, scientists say you shouldn’t drink any alcohol in the 7th to 12th week.  They found that drinking during the second half of their first trimester was linked with growth deficiencies in weight and height along with facial deformities that are telltale signs of fetal alcohol syndrome disorders.

I didn’t drink anything during my first two pregnancies.  I did have an occasional glass of wine in the last trimester of my third pregnancy.  It really did relax me and take away my aches and pains.

What do you think of an occasional glass of wine during pregnancy?
