Winter’s a Beach This Sunday

Winter’s a Beach is coming to Bozeman.

Bozeman Sunrise Rotary Club in conjunction with the Gallatin Valley Land Trust and event sponsor Ressler Motors is pleased to present Winter’s a Beach on Sunday, Jan. 17, 2016 from 12 – 3 p.m.

Winter’s a Beach will give area residents an opportunity to get out and enjoy great food, winter activities, fun competitions, and warm bonfires at the Bozeman East Gallatin Recreation Area off of Manley Road. This family friendly event will feature the following activities (tentatively):

Chili and Cornbread Cookoff* **
5k fun run (starts at 11 a.m.)**
Potato launching*
Winter gear demos (snowmobiles, ATVs, fat bikes)
Kid’s drone flying tent
Face painting*
Ice skating
Broomball
Cake walk*
Photo booth*
Food (burgers, chili, drinks)*
Fire pits for warming up
Adult beverages available “across the pond” at MAP Brewing

*Requires tickets to participate.
**Requires pre-registration.

Proceeds from Winter’s a Beach will support the East Gallatin Recreation Area and the Gallatin Valley Land Trust.
