Winds and visibility: west winds will switch to the north
with gusts of 20 to 25 mph. Snow and blowing snow could
restrict visibilities to one half mile or less.

* Other impacts: expect untreated roadways to become snow
covered and slippery... making for locally hazardous travel
conditions.
