What started out as as really nice day here in the Bozeman area has turned cloudy and cold. The National Weather Service has since issued the following advisory:

Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 am MDT
Sunday...

* Timing and main impact: periods of snow will affect mountain
passes through tonight. Expect Mountain Pass roadways to be
snow covered and slippery at times.

* Snow accumulations: total snow accumulations by Sunday
morning will range from 3 to 5 inches over mountain passes.

* Visibility: visibilities will be reduced to less than one
mile at times in areas of heavier snowfall.

* Other impacts: areas of blowing snow will reduce visibilities
at times. Additionally... wet or slushy roads this evening
will likely freeze over during the overnight hours tonight...
as temperatures fall into the 20s.

* Locations affected include: Battle Ridge Pass... Bozeman
Pass... Targhee Pass... West Yellowstone... Kings Hill Pass...
Lincoln... Rogers Pass... Marias Pass
