Who Offers the Best Chinese Food in Bozeman?

This past weekend my wife Candice wanted to go out for some good Chinese food. I had no idea where to take her. We dipped into a place that shall remain nameless, and we were less than pleased. So, I told her, let's ask the XL Nation. There will, no doubt, be a consensus on some good, quality local Chinese restaurants.

I'm rather particular about my Chinese food, but then most people who know me would probably say I'm particular about most of my food choices. Is that a bad thing? I don't think so.
