I don't believe this one bit.  14 pounds in six weeks?  I have been working my butt off and eating right since March, and I have lost about 10 pounds.  I know, muscle weighs more than fat...blah blah blah.

According to Daily Mail, six weeks is the perfect time frame to realistically lose about 14 pounds. Anyone wanting to drop a dress size in time for the holidays better get going because October 25th was the perfect day to start dieting.

Six weeks and 14 pounds?  I would literally have to stop eating all together.  I plan on gaining five pounds by Christmas, because I am realistic about Holiday eating.
