I don't diet, I eat right and exercise.  At least I used to.  I work out with a trainer 3 days a week, and eat a high protein, low carb "diet", and try to stay away from processed sugar.  I haven't lost a damn pound.  Now, I exercise and eat whatever I want, because apparently, my weight isn't going to change until I die.  If you diet, this information may be useful!
