Organizers are estimating that over 10,000 people showed up in Helena today to participate in the Women's March. Huge crowds have been reported in major cities all over the country. Over 250,000 people marched on Chicago, and over 500,000 people marched in Washington D.C.

Organizers say the event was a march for women's rights, not a protest against Trump. It was a march for equality and human rights for all. Traffic was reportedly backed up at Townsend where it comes to a four-way stop in town. Busloads of people traveled from all over Montana to Helena today for the march.
