Have you ever seen this place? It's located on the south side of Mendenhall between Willson & Grand. It's supposedly an underground parking garage for patrons and guests of the Baxter Hotel, but there's never any cars parked there. Instead, the walls are covered in graffiti.

As you walk in, it's dimly lit, and water drips from the ceiling in multiple places. There are remnants of cardboard beds made by homeless people who sleep here to stay out of the weather during the winter. There is an overwhelming smell of mildew that can't be avoided once you walk down the stairway.
