Friday, July 6th: Summer Western Series at the Ellen Theater

This week the Ellen Theater will be featuring the classic movie Jeremiah Johnson starring Robert Redford. Movie starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $6. The Ellen features a different western movie every Friday throughout the summer. For a list of upcoming movies click here.

Saturday, July 7th Summer Speaker Series at Headwaters State Park

The American Prairie Reserve will speak about  challenges of preserving the prairie ecosystem. Talk will begin at 7 p.m. at the Headwaters State Park picnic area. Speaker events are free and you can bring your own chair.

Sunday, July 8th: The Historic Sunset Hills Cemetery Walking Tour

The Extreme History Project hosts a walking tour of Bozeman’s historic Sunset Hills Cemetery. Tour will feature stories about the early residents of Bozeman who are buried in the cemetery.  Tour begins at 4 p.m. Meet at the entrance to Sunset Hills Cemetery located off of East Main Street directly south of Lindley Park. Tour tickets are $10, $7 for students and seniors, and free for children 12 and under. More Info
