The Kids Are Going Back to School – Please Be On the Lookout For Them

Back to School

With the majority of the area’s schools opening this week, here is a reminder to please be on the lookout for kids around the local roadways. ‘Friend of the Show’, Regan, one of our local school bus drivers, sent us the video below as a reminder of how dangerous it is out there for kids.

Keep in mind, the kids may not be looking out for us, so it’s imperative that we are looking our for them. Please observe all laws regarding school buses, specifically not passing them when they are pulled over to let kids out, and stopping 30ft behind the front of the bus when it is stopped. Also, yellow-amber lights are a signal that the bus is getting ready to stop.

Let’s make it a safe and injury free school year for our kids!
