Texts & Emails At Night Are Bad For Your Health
This happened to me last week.
I got a work email, and then I just laid awake in bed, thinking about it for an hour.
I’m not texting or emailing after 7 anymore!!!
The National Sleep Foundation found that ninety-five percent of respondents used some form of technology in the hour before bed.
The study found that people who surfed the web or sent a text message within two hours of going to bed reported higher levels of stress than those who didn’t.
