Teacher Appreciation Week – Who’s Your Favorite Teacher?

I have a few teachers who really stick out in my mind for different reasons.

My 4th grade teacher, Mrs. Eudaley, who was possibly the kindest woman I've ever met.  She got me excited about reading.

My 6th grade teacher, Mr. Black, who taught me not to take everything quite so seriously.

One of my high school teachers, Mr. Bender also stands out.  At the time, I thought he was a grump, but I learned so much about proper grammar and hard work.  I found out years later that he's not a grump.  He's a very nice man, who probably got frustrated teaching flaky teens!

I could never be a teacher.  I am impatient.  If someone doesn't understand something that I think is simple, I've been known to yell.  My husband is the main homework helper.
