The Department of Defense announced on Friday that Specialist Jonathan Pilgeram, 22, died on February 17th while serving in Konar Province, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Reports ar that the shot was fired by a hunter. His remains arrived in Bozeman Saturday afternoon. The funeral and procession are scheduled for today.
