Wow! This didn't take long!  She just announced she was engaged about a month ago! :)

I've been looking over the weather stats for 2010.  (go ahead, say it, 'TOM IS REALLY A GEEK'!) It's true, I am! I watch the weather channel, but am also an avid follower of TOSH.0! Anyway, another reason that my wife Lori and I are so happy to be back in Bozeman are the summer temps.  Last year it was

Have you ever dreamed of having a job where you can actually work from a beach?  I have now and then.  Some can actually make it happen!  If I were to choose, I'd want to be on a beach in FIJI in the south Pacific.  Can you imagine it?  Get up have fresh picked fruit for breakfast ON THE BEACH, grab the smartphone or laptop and head to the beach in your swimming trunks with an umbrella in tow.  Ah

Ever wonder about that  ball in Times Square?  The New Year's Eve ball first dropped in Times Square in 1907.  I've researched it, um, just because I need to know.  Little things like this keep me out of trouble! :) Check out these interesting things I found out about "the ball"!

Did you hear about this yet?   Dierks Bentley and his wife Cassidy welcomed a new family member on Christmas! :)  And her name (the baby) is so cool too!

"You'll shoot your eye out kid"...this is one of my all time favorite movies!  I made my three boys watch this with me every Christmas.  Back then it was on several tv channels during the holiday season.  We'd be switching channels and BOOM, there it was.  I'd hear, 'oh no, not again'!  But to this day, I LOVE it.  Lori and I watch it every year on DVD now.  What about you?

Did you stay up or get up to watch the lunar eclipse?  I actually woke up about 12:10am, went to look, saw the moon in the shadow and went back to bed!  But it was amazing!

I haven't been on ice skates since I was a kid.  Many many years ago.  So now that Lori and I are here, I'm willing to give it a try!  At least once, maybe twice!
