THE NUMBERS ARE IN!!! The ginourmous Black Eyed Peas show to benefit Minot, ND brought in 1.3 MILLION DOLLARS!!! THANK YOU Black Eyed Peas!!!
Minot is about an hour and a half away from my family farm. It’s been difficult to watch from afar as many of my friends were forced from their homes. A huge kuddos to Josh Duhamel – ND has always loved your support, but this is nothing short of amazing! ~Erin
Last weekend my boyfriend Ross and I headed to the movie store. He wanted to see “Paul”, and since it seemed pretty boyish – I got to choose a chick flick. Let me just tell you, I picked the WRONG one. And a side note, Paul was super funny – which made my pick ALL the worse.
YIKES! Some of these meals really pack an unhealthy punch! ~Erin
Eating fat won't make you fat any more than eating money will make you rich.
Sure, if you stuff enough cold, hard cash down your gullet, your belly will probably stick out like an overfed oil exec. Same with fat. Fat keeps us full, and healthy fats like those found in seafood and many plants help protect against heart disease. But most of us are eating way, way too much of the wrong kinds—and getting fatter in return.
I am ALWAYS looking for good deals - here are a list of good ones for Labor Day! ~Erin
It's sad to realize that the season is winding down. But, indeed, Labor Day is here. That means a farewell to pool parties and summer hours — but heralds the arrival of the Labor Day holiday sales extravaganza, when many stores offer special discounts on summer clothing and accessories and end-of-season furniture and housewares.
That didn't take long! Kim Kardashian's wedding is this weekend! AND OF COURSE, they will air it for their TV show! Will you watch? ~Erin
Just days before her highly anticipated wedding, Kim Kardashian was out Wednesday night at Colony Night Club in Hollywood doing what she does best: promoting her latest product (this time it's Kardashian Kollection for Sears) and filming her hit reality show, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians
I went back and forth when deciding whether or not to post this article, you see – I play to win. I wanted to keep all the secrets to myself! ~Erin
In the game Rock, Paper, Scissors, two opponents randomly toss out hand gestures, and each one wins, loses or draws with equal probability. It’s supposed to be a game of pure luck, not skill — and indeed, if humans were able to be perfectly random, no one could gain an upper hand over anyone else.
There’s one problem with that reasoning: Humans are terrible at being random.
What the BLEEP (Sorry mom) - The Real Housewives are set to go out on "tour"! What do you think they will do? Sing show tunes? Act? Probably just argue. ~Erin
The tour will stop in three cities -- Atlantic City, New Jersey; Hammond, Indiana; and Atlanta -- and each show will feature four cast members from various "Housewives" franchises talking about their reality-show experiences
I am an only child – and a typical girlie one at that. Spoiled, self-centered, love pink, don’t like to share.. all describe me. The one person in my life who did everything in his power to change this, is my cousin Cody
What is it that makes your world go ’round? Is it your children, your family, work, a hobby? For everyone it’s something different. For me, no doubt about it – it’s my three crazy dogs. People have different views on pets, but to me these 3 bring me happiness on a daily basis.
NO – Vinny’s my favorite! Will this stop you from watching Jersey Shore? ~Erin
According to TMZ, “Jersey Shore” star Vinny Guadagnino — also known as the one cast member without a tan or a blow-out or a juiced-up neck that’s wider than his head — has left the show, possibly for good.
Boo on week 3. To give you a little catch up, I was in the silly car wreck that has really been difficult for me to recover from. I am at the point where now I am working out a little 6 days a week, and I really struggle getting through the plan most days. I know I am making progress, especially in the repair of my back and neck ligaments, but its a very difficult process to go through. Week 3 absolutely sucked. I got an F, my body got and F, it was one ginormous boo.
