The Rouse-Oak to Story Mill Road Project is scheduled to begin on Tuesday April 11, weather permitting.

It's apparently fancy condos, in simple terms. Rooftop decks, garden level apartments, modern design all in the heart of downtown Bozeman. Since I can only imaging these things aren't cheap, let's take a look together, shall we?

So, winter is almost over...that means construction season is about to begin!
