Bozeman Man Arrested For 4th DUI
At about 1:30 this morning, 33 year old David Wood of Bozeman was arrested for 4th offense DUI after leading officers on a short vehicle and foot pursuit in the downtown area.

The Bozeman Police Department says that Floyd Elquist was arrested in Three Forks last night without incident.

On November 19, 2012, the Gallatin County Coroner responded to Warble Lane in Bozeman to a report of an apparent murder/suicide. The two individuals were identified as 31 year-old Uriah Storm Kimble and 33 year-old Alicia Nicole Smith.
The Bozeman Police Department will host a follow-up discussion to its October 26 presentation on drug trends in our community.

Last Saturday, the Bozeman Sculpture Park, located adjacent to the Bozeman Public Library on East Main Street, had three sculptures damaged and the park’s sign and self guided maps were stolen. The collective damage is estimated at $8,000 and a report has been filed with the Bozeman Police Department.
