December 5, 2012 At about 1:30 this morning, 33 year old David Wood of Bozeman was arrested for 4th offense DUI after leading officers on a short vehicle and foot pursuit in the downtown area.

On November 19, 2012, the Gallatin County Coroner responded to Warble Lane in Bozeman to a report of an apparent murder/suicide. The two individuals were identified as 31 year-old Uriah Storm Kimble and 33 year-old Alicia Nicole Smith.

The collective damage is estimated at $8,000 and a report has been filed with the Bozeman Police Department.
