Embellishing our scrapbook pages, or even cards for that matter, seems to make our art all that much more special. It adds the extra zing that makes our creation stand out.
There are numerous items that we use for embellishments. Some items that are quite popular these days are jewelry making supplies. Beads and wire add sparkle and a fun element to our work. Beads can be sewn on, glued on, or even strung on the wire. Add beads to stickers to help make them stand out and make them sparkle.
Wire can be coiled, spiraled, or woven on your page or card.
So, if you are a jewelry maker like me, try using some of your scraps or left-over supplies to add to your projects and see what great results you can get from these unlikely paper craft friends.
