Run For The Roses

We had a couple of lovely AOPii’s from MSU in the studio this morning (Lisa and Heidi) and they are raising money for Arthritis Research in a very fun way.
It’s the 17th annual Run For The Roses this Saturday (15th) at Montana Hall. It’s a 5k and 10k run, with a 1K fun walk for those who want to take part, but don’t run.
This is a family event that starts with registration at 8 and the run is at 9. It costs $20 to pre-register, and you can do that at active.com. You can also register the day of the race.
