Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Sets Records For Bravo

I don’t even try to fib about it…I love reality TV.  And my favorite is any of the Real Housewives series.  I don’t care it’s probably set up, I don’t care that it’s trash TV, I am addicted.   It looks like I am now alone!

Last Thursday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was a smash hit for Bravo — ranking number one in the 9 p.m. time slot among adults 18-49. Even more impressive for the network: Watch What Happens Live — the half hour talk show hosted by Andy Cohen — beat out all of the late night cable shows, including Conan.

The heavily-promoted Housewives episode featured Camille Grammer learning that her marriage was over. She was also the featured guest on Watch What Happens Live, where she dished on her divorce and her first meeting with Kelsey’s new fiance, Kayte Walsh.

* She told Andy, “She was nice, and we both said hello. She has a very strong handshake. It was uncomfortable. Kelsey looked shocked. The look on his face!” She added, “It’s the first time I’ve seen him and her together. And with my children, that was uncomfortable.”

* That same night, Kelsey appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman and told Dave that he and Kayte intend to marry next month — despite the fact that he and Camille are not yet divorced.
