Purse Thief Crashes Into Window While Trying To Run Away [Video]

A man who stole a purse from a 50-year-old woman at a shopping center in Perth, Australia crashed through a glass window as he tried to flee -- and the whole thing was caught on surveillance cameras.

A couple of people who saw him crash through the glass tried to help him because they didn't realize he was a thief.

The footage shows another man -- possibly an accomplice -- attempt to help the thief get up before grabbing the purse and running away. Police are still looking for the two men, who reportedly got into a green Lexus and drove away.
