Phone Scam In Bozeman

phone

Over the past 24 hours, numerous businesses in Bozeman have reported receiving phone calls from men offering to send them millions of dollars if the business sends the caller a check for $250.

The area codes of these calls indicate they are coming from Jamaica and Tennessee.

Do the math; no one can give away millions of their money for only $250, that’s just bad business.

Whenever someone calls you or sends a letter asking you to send a personal check or money order for more money or to cash one of their checks and send some of the money back to them, is running a scam on you and you will not become rich by any means.

Let’s show these scam artists they picked the wrong community to victimize! Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, IT IS!!
