Officials Still Stumped; Awaiting DNA Results of Mystery Creature

The XL Nation was one of the first to learn about the mystery wolf-like creature that was found last week in northeastern Montana near Denton. Since that time, the creature's picture has gone viral and circulated around the world.

DNA tests could take several weeks, and maybe even months, before more is known about what the creature actually is.

Here's some of our favorite guesses the XL Nation gave us on our Facebook page:

• Tasmanian wolf
• Emaciated Bear
• Sasquatch
• Puppy
