Miss Utah Gives Probably the Worst Answer in the History of Pageants

Guys, pageant contestants aren’t just pretty faces — they’re also extremely capable of saying things so incoherently stupid that it gives you a headache.

Here was the question: “A recent report shows that in 40& of American families with children, women are the primary earners, yet they continue to earn less than men. What does this say about society?”

Not since Miss Teen South Carolina have we seen such a confusing response to a fairly straightforward question. Sincerely, look at Jezebel for maybe one day a year, and you should be able to at least bluff your way through that one. Instead, what happened? No really, what happened — we genuinely don’t know.
