ORIGINAL STORY:

This incredibly large grizzly bear was seen just west of Yellowstone National Park.

I have a friend that works for the Idaho Fish & Game near Island Park, Idaho. Over the weekend, I stopped by to see him on my way back from Boise. While I was there, we began talking about grizzly bears and the possibility of a hunting season in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.

Apparently, they had been investigating a poacher near Island Park and set up cameras to capture the person in action. While the suspected poacher hasn't returned the area, they did get a picture of another visitor that posed for a picture in front of the camera.

At first glance, it looks like the massive grizzly is hanging from the tree, but he's actually just scratching his back on the tree.
