I remember when I was pregnant with Emma, 9 months pregnant and ready to pop.  I couldn't fit into a small  booth because my tummy was too big.  I don't get embarrassed, but it was a close one!  Luckily, some people got up and traded and gave me their table.   A bit different story below...

A 64-year-old, 290-pound man is suing White Castle because he wasn't able to fit into the booths at the fast food chain's  New York location.

Martin Kessman said he first complained after he hurt himself trying to sit at one of the booths. He said the chain offered him three free hamburgers in each apology letter they sent and even offered to expand the seats.

What do you think about this?  Is it up to the restaurant to make sure everyone is comfortable?  Or, if you are too large for the seats, is it up to you to make a change?
