Made From Scratch Green Bean Casserole
I posted this recipe last year, but here it is again if you missed it. I deciphered it from Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, and it is fantastic!! You use fresh (or frozen) green beans, and homemade cream-of-mushroom soup. Yes, the canned version is easier, but this is better! Totally worth your time. And great to use leftover turkey in this…then it’s a “Turkey Green Bean Casserole.” Oh, and make sure you use the cooking sherry, or add another liquid instead or it will be almost too thick. OH. SO. GOOD.
