Firefighters from all over the country are helping to fight the fires near Lolo, Montana that have destroyed homes and are still threatening many structures. Watch a video inside to see just how close the fire is to the town.

35 year veteran and assistant fire chief of the New York City Fire Department, Ron Spadafora, has made the trip to Montana to assist in fighting the Lolo Creek Complex Fire in Western Montana. Spadafora was one of the first responders to the World Trade Center on 9/11
