Local Students Will be Competing in the National High School Rodeo

Congratulations to several local students who will all be competing in the National High School Rodeo July 17-23 in Gillette, Wyoming. The high school rodeo will feature 1,650 contestants from 43 states, five Canadian Provinces and Australia. It's the world's largest rodeo!

Jordan Lindsey who just graduated from Bozeman High School and will compete in bull riding & .22 shooting. Several others from the Bridger Mountains High School Rodeo Team qualified in other events. (Cal Fuller, Madison Brenner, James Ramirez, Al and Ashley Koenig).

They will be competing for part of $200,000 in prize money and more than $350,000 in scholarship money.
