The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City is a long time tradition that is known for it's elaborate floats and character balloons.  This year is extra special because our local Manhattan High School Cheer Captain, Kelsey Myers, will be in the parade.

Kelsey applied and auditioned for Spirit of America Productions earlier this year and was selected to perform.  She's been watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade on TV since she was a little girl and always dreamed of seeing it in person.  Who knew she would be in the world's largest parade one day!

She'll be traveling from our local Manhattan, MT to Manhattan, NY this weekend to rehearse for the parade, see the Rockettes, be on the Today's show and more.  Be sure to look for her in her bright pink and black uniform this year in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
