Loca The Pug Will Make You Smile [Video]

My mom used to have a few pugs when I was in high school.  They truly are a one of a kind dog.  They seem to have so much energy!  This video of Loca the Pug will make you laugh!

According to Locas owner "there is no definitive diagnosis and it could be one of a couple of things but the end result is a lack of balance and her legs don't do exactly what her brain tells her. The vet says there are possible treatments but they are risky. Loca has no idea anything is wrong with her and will live a full life otherwise so we wouldn't take any chances. The family and the other dogs are very protective of her so she does fine and is spoilt rotten."
