KEITH URBAN’S “ripCORD WORLD TOUR 2016” ADDS THREE DATES INCLUDING AN URBAN PERFORMANCE DEBUT AND CITIES NOT PLAYED IN NEARLY A DECADE

Four-time Grammy award winner and 2016 Grammy and ACM nominee Keith Urban, today announced the addition of three new “ripCORD World Tour 2016” performances. Two of the tour stops, all of which feature Brett Eldredge and special guest Maren Morris, are to take place in Bozeman (Montana) and Sioux City (Iowa), two markets in which Urban hasn’t appeared since 2005 and 2004 respectively. The third, to take place on August 5th at the Portneuf Health Trust Amphitheatre, marks the first time that Urban has ever performed in Pocatello (Idaho). Ticket information for these dates will be available locally in the coming weeks.

August 4th - Bozeman, MT - Brick Breeden Fieldhouse
August 5th - Pocatello, ID - Portneuf Health Trust Amphitheatre
October 7th - Sioux City, IA – Tyson Events Center

“ripCORD World Tour 2016” will be Urban’s biggest tour to date and follows the release of his eighth studio album of the same name. Anticipation for this upcoming release has been mounting. The first single – Urban’s 19th No. 1, “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16,” already earned a Grammy nomination and the second single, “Break on Me,” is now Urban’s 35th Top 10 song. Ripcord is the follow-up to Urban’s 2013 release Fuse, his fourth #1 album that marked the first time that a male Country artist debuted atop the all-genre charts in Canada, Australia and the U.S.
