It could mean that the excitement over having a decedent of the quarterback great Joe Montana playing for Montana will very short lived. Rumor has it that if you are caught drinking and driving that you would be off the University of Montana football team. Let’s see if this holds up.
Montana will appear in court for 1st offense misdemeanor in Missoula Justice Court Judge John Odin today.
Nate transferred in February from Notre Dame to the University of Montana, where he is vying for the starting quarterback spot. This is not his first run-in with law enforcement. In July of 2010 while still in South Bend, Indiana, he and 10 other Norte Dame athletes were arrested on misdemeanor charges of underage drinking.
