Headwaters Country Jam – My Favorite Non-musical Events

Of course Headwaters Country Jam is all about the live music. 

But, it's also three days of great food vendors, merchandise vendors, activities and contests.

Some of my favorites include:

Redneck Parade Of Homes - You can win tickets to next year's HCJ if you have the most redneck campsite.

Redneck Olympics - I had to miss this last year.  Not again.  So fun!

Karaoke- My kids love this more than anything, and I love watching them!

Horshoe Contest

Jitterbug Contest- I love to watch the great dancers.  This year, the dance contest is sponsored by the Sacajawea Hotel in 3 Forks, and Wheat Montana.  Don't forget to stop by Pompey's Grill at the Sac, for a pre-jam dinner or drink.  Plus, Wheat Montana has bread/buns for your grilling needs!

BooBoo & Bubba's Redneck Pageant - I don't know if you saw the Redneck Beauty Pageant last year, but those of us who did, saw a little too much.  It's different this year, and this pageant is for the little kids.  So bring a t-shirt, duct tape, and some decorations for your chance to win!
